UserData Fields on AWS

Userify Express, AWS, and Enterprise have built in CloudInit/UserData support using either CloudFormation or bash/Shell commands.

This allows compatible platforms, such as EC2, Digital Ocean, Rackspace, OVH, and many others, to run at least a bash script, and often CloudFormation (CloudInit) scripts upon server boot. This is most useful when used with CloudFormation, which allows you to kick off an entire “application stack” within a single script, but it can be quite useful when launching a single instance or autoscaling group as well.

To deploy Userify in seconds at EC2 without ever logging into your instance, paste your custom Userify CloudInit/UserData script when launching your instance in the AWS console, or via the SDK/API/aws-cli:
